Hi I’m Cynthia Lundy! I have been a speech-language pathologist for over 25 years. I have made a career out of helping people make big changes neurologically! I have been providing therapy to people of all ages and I want to help you make big changes. I understand the brain, the mind, and how to navigate and create new pathways. As a certified coach and training through Dr. Joe Dispenza’s Inner Health Coalition, I can help you get unstuck and assist you in making the changes you want to make.

I specialize in helping women ages 40+ as they navigate finding themselves again after the kids get older and eventually leave the nest. But I enjoy working with all ages and stages!

Change can be difficult and we all could use guidance to help us navigate new situations. I can help you make the roadmaps you need so that you can take little or big steps toward the life you want! Book one session or more. There is merit in the one time “sound check” but I also believe in the ongoing mentor to see you through your big change.

I love to make changes, and I want you to love it too! I have been curled up on the floor and I have overcome grief. I have been in a space of feeling hopeless to feeling immense gratitude for all life has to offer. The wisdom I have obtained from all of life’s scenarios is irreplaceable. And every scenario required a change, either mentally and emotionally or physically.
